M7 Wellness
The Birth of M7 Wellness Services
I’m Sham S. — a passionate practitioner whose journey into integrative wellness began over two decades ago in the culturally rich and ancient city of Madurai, India. What started as a personal quest for healing from injury, illness, and imbalance slowly evolved into a lifelong mission: helping others recover, reconnect, and rise through holistic wellness.
Welcome to M7 Wellness Services — where science meets soul, and healing becomes a journey of transformation.

The Spark in Madurai (2002–2007)
The seeds of M7 Wellness were sown during my clinical years as a physical therapist in Greater Madurai. One of my most profound learning moments came while treating the son of Professor Govindan, PhD of Madurai Kamaraj University. During one of our sessions, he shared a simple yet powerful truth that shaped my career:
“True recovery from chronic illness isn’t possible through one form of treatment alone—it requires an integrative approach to the whole person.”
At the same time, I had the honor of learning under Dr. Subburam, MCh, a leading neurosurgeon whose insights into the brain and nervous system were matched only by his example of compassionate care. His work taught me the importance of not just treating the body, but honoring the human spirit.
A Journey Across Continents
My passion for holistic healing took me far beyond India. In Wisconsin, USA, I worked with Elizabeth Boeck, a family psychologist and counselor who created a sanctuary of healing that brought together psychologists, chiropractors, yoga therapists, and craniosacral healers under one roof. Her integrative ecosystem validated my belief: healing is collaborative.
Later, my path led to Trinergy Ayurveda Wellness under Dr. Aruna Tummala, MD, a pioneer in integrative psychiatry. Watching her harmonize Eastern tradition with Western medicine to deliver extraordinary patient outcomes reaffirmed what I had seen in my own journey—true wellness comes from balance.
Two Decades. 15+ Centers. One Vision.
Between 1997 and 2025, I worked with over 15 hospitals, wellness centers, and rehabilitation clinics. I contributed to startups, helped structure franchises, and deep dive into research on what truly helps people heal—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

My training spans across both Eastern and Western traditions:
- Eastern Therapies
- Varma, Marma & Siddha treatments
- Panchakarma & Ayurveda
- Acupressure, Gua Sha, Cupping, Shitau
- Facial reflexology, energy balancing
- Western Therapies
- Myofascial release, Trigger point therapy
- Swedish & Deep Tissue massage
- IASTM & Orthopedic manual therapy
- Sports injury therapy, Reflexology, Lymphatic massage
- Percussion gun therapy, posture & exercise therapy
These diverse techniques helped shape a truly integrative model of care — a model that became M7 Wellness Services.

The M7 Wellness Model
In today’s fast-paced world, stress, anxiety, and fear have become common triggers for modern lifestyle diseases.
The human body has approximately 640 muscles, playing a vital role in movement, stability, and overall health.
It allows you to perform Activities of Daily Living (ADL) with ease and enhances overall physical and mental well-being.
Manual therapy is a hands-on approach that integrates Eastern and Western techniques to relieve pain, stress, and muscle tension.
Manifestation in wellness is about intentionally creating a balanced, healthy, and fulfilling life by aligning your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
